Opened it's doors May 1982.
Often confused for a public building because of the large percentage of space leased by the City, State, or Fed at any given point.
Many wanted it to be called the 6th Street Marketplace Building but the original owners did not want it associated with what they, correctly, assumed to be a doomed project...
so it can be hacked up and covered in garbage like Belle Isle?
